Since 1987 we have produced numerous articles, books and manuals aimed at supporting computer users from beginning to advanced. These have included many step-by-step tutorials, illustrated references, and feature articles.

As we have gained experience with the use and evaluation of computer media, we have also expanded our services to include software development support. We have gained project experience by supporting software development for illustration and animation programs from 3D terrain modeling to character animation.

Our support services range from the production of help file systems and user manuals to refining program feature sets and user interfaces. We are regularly involved early in the development process as core team members. This enables us to contribute to initial program testing and evaluation, and to produce essential program terminology.
